for a course booked for 23 and 24th of April 2013
I bought this course as a Birthday present for my brother understanding it would be on the above dates.
When the dates changed I requested a refund because I had to buy another gift which was appropiate.
After numerous emails to Esther.Ndlovu@knowledgetoaction.co.za asking her to escalte it with senior management, it now seems that my emails are just ignored.
I advised them to look at good business principles instead of even throwing the law, the NCPA against them....
